Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the UltimatePrediction mobile application (“Application”) provided by Michael Strong (“we”, “us”, or “Service Provider”), based in New Zealand, as a commercial service. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 13, you may not use the Application or provide personal information to us. The Application is not directed at children under 13.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms (and our Privacy Policy) with a parent or guardian. Some regions require a higher age to consent to certain data processing without parental involvement; where applicable law requires it, you must meet that age or have a parent or guardian act for you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Application, you acknowledge that policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
